  1. It can be tough to recharge. I’m not broke like Burt, but this can happen to anybody. I was thinking of Randy Quaid, the actor, how he looked to have a promising career, and then ended up as a squatter, living in a house,he had sold. I guess sometimes it takes a tough shock to either motivate you or destroy you. I’ve been humbled, and feel more like it hardens you to some degree, and maybe that’s good or bad depending on how you look at it.

      Appreciate the comment. I’ve come to realize that bad stuff happens in various degrees, but that old saying, ‘ It’s how you respond’ has been been very true in my case. Sometimes it looks bleak but opportunities can be found if we stay open. I just got done listening to the audible book ‘The 50th Law,’ by Robert Green and it’s an awesome book – gives great perspective.
